All products purchased from Monoflo or our distributors are fully supported by the customer service facilities within the Monoflo Group. Our goal is to keep your equipment working efficiently to ensure long, trouble-free operation.

Our services include:

• A full service exchange package for progressing cavity pumps
• A standard 12-month warranty on all Monoflo products, with extended warranties available on selected items
• Renewal parts which can be purchased direct from Monoflo by calling +1 281 200 1200 or via our distributor network

Monoflo can provide a direct replacement pump that is dimensionally interchangeable with some of the most common progressing cavity pumps. The Monoflo ML and Monoflo XL range are a direct replacement for both competitor and Monoflo pumps installed throughout North America.

For twin-shaft grinders, Monoflo supplies a variety of direct replacement cutter cartridges and configurations of pipeline and in-channel grinders. We offer new and service exchange units faster and at a significant saving compared to competitive models.
