NEW YEAR, NEW MONOFLO

After finishing off an exciting and successful 2010, NOV Monoflo® is standing strong and profitable with our most talented team ever. Thanks to our strong growth, our new products, and our focused financial control, we’ve increased profitability over 2009 by 30%. This is quite an accomplishment in the face of our sluggish North American industrial economy. It is a treat for me to be a part of such a great team here at Monoflo. Our top accomplishments in 2010 are:

• Launch of the Universal Parts brand
• Creation of our North American Marketing function and the addition of Sally Huynh as our Marketing Coordinator
• Direct sales force staff and operational staff increase by 50%
• Launch of our new website, www.monoflo.com
• Addition of over 100 new customers at NOV Monoflo
• Launch of our new EZ Strip™ Cake Pump for dewatered sludge pumping up to 35% dry solids

I am very proud of these accomplishments by our team and our partners, all of which lay the groundwork for a strong future for NOV Monoflo.

So as we move into 2011, here are my short term goals (resolutions) for the New Year:

1. Make sure that Monoflo helps all of our business partners beat their bottom line budgets and stay true to their strategic objectives
2. Successfully launch Monoflo’s revolutionary EZ Strip™ Progressing Cavity Pump
3. Improve my relationship with my family, team, friends, and business partners
4. Work to make our community a better place than it was in 2010
5. Make sure that I support the Monoflo team as much as I can to realize their personal and professional goals
6. Strive to be more available, open, and interested–listen to understand

My most sincere wish is that you live happy, healthy, safe, and secure and in doing so, fulfill your goals and dreams in 2011!
