2011 IN A NUTSHELL

To the Monoflo Family, 

To sum up 2011: We took on big challenges, we executed big changes to our business, resulting in significant progress toward our vision of transforming our Monoflo organization.  I personally thank you for your commitment, your passion, your confidence and all that you do that moves us toward our promise – to help our customers and our company capitalize on opportunities for our mutual success.

New PlaceWhile there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead, we end 2011 far stronger and better able to serve customers. We continued throughout the year to strengthen our business, to build market presence, and to grow in spite of the slow-growth global economy. Today, our company is exposed to less risk and is better positioned to bring real value to our customers.  As a stronger, more disciplined company better organized to serve our markets, we continue build deeper relationships with our customers and our suppliers, grow revenues, earn the profits, and build our reputation as a fantastic organization to work with and work for.

WEFTECThere is significant evidence that we are moving Monoflo forward on the course we set two years ago to transform our company.  Take a few minutes to look around:  new customers, new sales channel partners, new geographies, new markets, new products,  new facility, new investment, new faces; it’s a wonderful time to be part of Monoflo.  As busy as we’ve been this year, it is easy to lose sight on how much has been accomplished in these short 12 months.  The transformation of Monoflo in such a short time is an extraordinary accomplishment and is a direct result of your efforts and the strengthening support of the global organization.

New Building

The New Year, 2012, is poised to present us many new successes and challenges, but our path forward is clear. We will continue our laser-like focus  on what we can control and improve:  providing our customers and partners with the best service and the most comprehensive pump and grinder solutions in the market, managing our costs, strengthening our Monoflo brand, and aggressively growing our market share in the Americas. Our long-term value will be demonstrated in the continued growth of our top-line revenue and our bottom-line operating profit over time as we continuously improve the Monoflo organization.

I sincerely appreciate your tremendous efforts this year; it is because of you, and because we know we can do so much more for customers and partners, that I am excited for our bright future. Please close out this whirlwind 2011, and enjoy your family and friends during this holiday season, and remember buckle up for another exciting year in 2012.
